I specialize in accompanying mental health professionals, service year volunteers, and women in periods of transition. With over 6 years of experience in social service roles and over 5 years of experience in ministerial spaces, I understand the intersection of mental health and spirituality.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can explore who they are and who they’re called to become.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is an ancient Christian practice of listening for the movement of the Divine in our lives.
In each of our 60-minute sessions, we’ll attend to the ways God has been active in your life and the ways in which you’d like to respond to that action.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down and reflect.
All sessions are virtual.
